Expo Milan Mexican Pavillion

Loguer Design, the designer of the competition’s winning proposal, sought expertise for the engineering and structural calculation of the façades and roofs for the “Milan 2015 Show” pavilion. The challenge was to represent maiz leaves suspended in the air using a light and translucent mesh. The design achieved the effect of tilted leaves, suspended 20 and 30 meters high, creating an overlapping effect. This design allowed the pavilion to have a transparent exterior during the day, filtering sunlight, and transforming into a warm light at night. It is a testament to artisanal and sculptural craftsmanship.
